Gorman & Company

Listed on the National Historic Register, Coffelt-Lamoreaux was originally built in 1953 for veteran's returning from the Korean War. The site was annexed in 1959 and was the oldest operational public housing project in Maricopa County. These historic homes have been renovated in partnership with the Housing Authority of Maricopa County and offer residents many luxury amenities including full size washers and dryers, plank flooring, upgraded cabinets, and new HVAC units. The community has plenty of room at 38 acres, includes a playground, BBQ areas, After-School Program, Robotics Programs, and a full calendar of events each month. Coffelt-Lamoreaux also has on-site supportive services and is professionally managed by Gorman Property Management, LLC.
